Golden State Warriors star Andrew Wiggins is currently spending some time in China, and shared an incredibly wholesome moment with a young fan who was excited to receive a signed shoe from the All-Star forward:

NBA players have incredible influence over young fans, so it's always great to see moments like this. When players travel outside of the country, they often get opportunities to connect with fans who have never seen them up close. This young fan got emotional after receiving a signed shoe from Wiggins, and this is likely a moment he will never forget.

While Wiggins has been a basketball star since before his time in the NBA began, he has really experienced a revival in many ways with the Warriors. A high-level player with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Wiggins had some solid production during the first several years of his career, but didn't blossom into the superstar talent he was projected to be. Getting an opportunity to fill an important role on the Warriors, Wiggins has become an All-Star, NBA Champion, and secured another long-term deal.

Perfectly filling a role the Warriors needed, Wiggins has been a fantastic fit next to Steph Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson. When Wiggins missed time last season for personal reasons, the Warriors were clearly not the same team. Now spending some time in China during the summer, Wiggins recently made a young fan's day.
