In this story:
At this moment, the future of the Washington Wizards seems to be very uncertain. There are a number of guys whose contracts may be up or have player options on if they want to return to the team or test the free agency market. The one player we do know who is under contract and will be under contract for a very long time is All Star Guard Bradley Beal.
There have been so many doubts and questions in regards to Bradley Beal. Many people are wondering is he the right guy here to lead the team? The fan base has grown increasingly frustrated in Bradley Beal simply due to the amount of games missed this season. Bradley Beal only appeared in 50 on 82 games this season. As their best player on the team, this certainly played a critical part on how well the team performed and finished out the year.

Health has been the key in Washington not just for Bradley Beal, but for the entire team. The important thing to note is sometimes injuries can linger when you force yourself into action too soon and when you don’t rehab and take your time returning to the floor. Bradley Beal may have missed a lot of games this season, but this may work out in his favor as well as the Wizards organization as they ensure the health and longevity for many years to come for the future of this franchise.
