Wizards Should Monitor Situation In Cleveland

In this story:
Being a great company means always looking for opportunities to grow and improve. Those opportunities could mean a better learning experience, better work environments, and better management of coarse too. Those opportunities also include hard work and labor from the talent acquisition team. You may very well have some great employees in the building in each and every room. However, it wouldn’t be wise to ignore talent that may be available to help the company succeed and continue to grow.
Wizards ‘Using This Opportunity to Grow’; Guard Jones
The Washington Wizards are happy and well pleased with who they have running the show at point guard for them - Tyus Jones. Throughout his entire NBA Career, he has had the opportunity to start and play in a backup role. He has excelled and exceeded above and beyond in both positions. The Washington Wizards would be doing themselves a favor if they kept their eyes open on any and every situation that could help their team grow and most importantly, win.

One particular situation is in Cleveland with the Cavaliers. The Cavs had a great season last year after making the playoffs. The acquisition of Donavan Mitchell was huge for them. Darius Garland was already good. He seemed to have improved playing next to a dynamic scorer like Mitchell. Evan Mobley was a rookie who exceed expectations and is now having a fantastic career as he looks like he will be one of the better bigs moving forward in the NBA. Jarrett Allen too is in that category. Although he isn’t the polished scorer Mobley is, he still is able to rim run and defend the paint at ease.

Good things come to an end and sometimes that end comes crashing down sooner than we may have expected. That seems to be the case with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Injuries have really hurt them and for some reason, Donavan Mitchell’s name continues to be brought up in trade rumors. The feeling in the room is that all players may be available. The Cavs seem more likely to hold onto Evan Mobley more than anything. However, Mitchell’s name is constantly linked to the New York Knicks.

Both Darius Garland and Evan Mobley are out indefinitely due to injuries. Garland seems to get hurt with weird and freak injuries daily. That may be a growing frustration for the Cavaliers. The Wizards would do well to keep an eye on both Garland and Mitchell if they are available via trade as they both would be huge assets to the Wizards and possibly even save their season in the weak Eastern Conference.
