Fantasy Football: Week 10 QB Rankings

QB Start of the Week: Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs. ARI)
Only a few games removed from a six-turnover outing against the Panthers, Jameis Winston has thrown for more than 300 yards in three consecutive games and five of his past six. During that six-game span, he has thrown multiple touchdowns in five games, as well.
As the favorites in the game with the week’s highest total, Winston and the Bucs are projected to score the second-most points this week based on implied totals from Vegas odds. In addition, no team has allowed more fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season than the Cardinals.
While Winston has the potential to implode in any given week, both teams should light up the scoreboard in this one. Both Winston and Kyler Murray are top-five options this week.
QB Sit of the Week: Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings (at DAL)
Over the past five weeks, Cousins has scored the fourth-most fantasy points among quarterbacks. During that span, he has four games with multiple touchdowns, including last week’s game against Kansas City. Even so, Cousins completed only half of his pass attempts last week for 220 yards, a six-game low and his second-lowest total of the season.
This week, Cousins will be without one of his top-two weapons as Adam Thielen (hamstring) isn’t expected to play, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. Thielen played only seven total snaps in the past two games. Meanwhile, Dallas has limited opposing quarterbacks to the fifth-fewest fantasy points this season. Despite his recent fantasy production, Cousins is outside my top 12 fantasy quarterbacks this week.
