Report: Bengals Meeting With Clemson Edge Rusher Myles Murphy Ahead Of 2023 NFL Draft
CINCINNATI — The Bengals are reportedly meeting with Clemson edge rusher Myles Murphy ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft.
Ian Rapoport reported the visit as Cincinnati takes interest in one of the top defensive ends this year.
Murphy tallied 40 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, a fumble recovery, and two pass breakups in his final season with Clemson. He posted great testing numbers at an individual Pro Day and could be available around Cincinnati's first-round pick.
He is the consensus 16th-ranked player in the 2023 draft and the fourth-ranked edge rusher.
Rapoport also said he is meeting with the Jaguars (Pick 24), Texans (Picks 2, 12), and Falcons (Pick 8).
