Bengals Select Georgia Offensive Tackle Amarius Mims in The Athletic's Latest Mock Draft

Cincinnati will have plenty of options at Pick 18.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals went to the trenches in The Athletic's latest 2024 NFL mock draft. Teague Robinson has Cincinnati selecting Georgia offensive tackle Amarius Mims at Pick 18.

Mims checks in as the 22nd-ranked player on the consensus big board.

"With the Bengals placing the franchise tag on No. 2 wideout Tee Higgins, tackle would appear to be the top priority for a franchise that badly needs to keep Joe Burrow upright and healthy," Robinson wrote. "Mims is light on college starting experience, but he has the talent to step in and make a difference right away."

Mims could be a great replacement for Jonah Williams and he shouldn't have any issue playing on that side, having suited up at right tackle his whole college career.
