CINCINNATI — Bengals wide receiver Stanley Morgan Jr. was fined $43,709 for his hit on Robert Woods during Cincinnati's 30-27 loss to Houston in Week 10.

Morgan is on Cincinnati's practice squad and was elevated to the roster for their Week 9 game against the Bills and their Week 10 matchup with the Texans.
