Dax Hill Gives His Take on Chances of Beating DJ Turner in a Foot Race

CINCINNATI — Bengals safety Dax Hill chatted with AllBengals James Rapien on Cincinnati Bengals Talk this week and dove into who would come out on top in a race between him and new teammate, DJ Turner.

Both players ran sub-4.4 second 40-yard dashes in their NFL Draft testing, but Turner cracked the 4.3 barrier as the fastest rookie in the 2023 class (Hill: 4.38 seconds, Turner: 4.26 seconds).

"We've never raced so you'll have to tune in," Hill said. "I feel like I didn't run my fastest though (at the 2022 NFL Combine). It was a long combine, so I feel like I was a little bit slower, but I'll give it to him. It should be a good race if that ever happens."

Hill and Turner made plays together as Michigan teammates for multiple seasons and now they get the chance to do it again at the game's highest level.
