PFF Deems Tight End Tucker Kraft Top Day-Two Fit for Bengals

Cincinnati is still pretty thin at that position.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals added tight end Irv Smith Jr. this offseason, but it's still a position of need in the NFL Draft.

PFF thinks the team could fit nicely with South Dakota State tight end Tucker Kraft in the second round.

"Kraft gives the Bengals another legit separator who can win against man coverage," Mike Renner wrote. "He’s a fluid receiver who excels after the catch, tallying 25 broken tackles on 92 receptions in the past two seasons."

The pass-catcher posted a top-50 Relative Athletic Score ever from a tight end at the 2023 NFL Combine. Cincinnati has also met with him ahead of the draft.

He's hovered around the high 50s on the consensus big board over the past two months

Kraft is currently the sixth-ranked tight end and posted 27 catches for 348 yards and 3 touchdowns last season.
