Zac Taylor Excited To Retain Entire Staff For Next Season: 'People Want To Be Here Working For Us'

In this story:
CINCINNATI — Bengals head coach Zac Taylor is thrilled to get his coordinators back for a rare fifth season.
It'll mean less time adjusting and more time building as Cincinnati tries to hit a Super Bowl-winning level on this run.
Taylor voiced his excitement at the NFL Combine.
"There's not a learning process that is happening for a new coordinator trying to fit what we're doing," Taylor said. "Just really, really thankful that it's worked out where all these coaches have come back. You know, all of our coaches came back. And so that's not just the coordinators, but that's a good place to be. I think people want to be here working for us and be around these players and we don't take that for granted."
Cincinnati now boasts two of the longest-tenured coordinators in the NFL in Brian Callahan and Lou Anarumo. The latter is tied with Steve Spagnuolo for the longest active time as a defensive coordinator with the same team.
Staffs change over all the time in the NFL. Cincinnati has some rare continuity to carry into a season with huge expectations.
