Former Buffalo Bills receiver and return man Deonte Harty is signing a one-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports.

Harty spent just one season with the Bills, but he made a sizable impact in that one season. The 26-year-old caught 15 passes for 150 yards and a touchdown, but his bigger role came as a punt returner.

In the regular-season finale against the Miami Dolphins, Harty returned a punt for a 96-yard touchdown to tie the game early in the fourth quarter. The Bills would then build on that momentum to win the game 21-14, clinching their fourth-straight AFC East title in the process.

Harty spent the first four seasons of his career with the New Orleans Saints, although some Saints fans may better know him by his birth name, Deonte Harris. He legally changed his last name to Harty in December of 2021 to honor his stepfather.

For the 2019 All-Pro, signing with the Ravens serves as a homecoming as Harty grew up in the Baltimore area. With the NFL's new kickoff rules, he should have a good chance to make an impact in the return game this season.
