The Los Angeles Chargers have two more games left in the regular season, and the team is aching to finish on a high note. While winning should matter to every organization, the Bolts might work their way right out of a top 5 pick in the NFL Draft.

Still, interim HC Giff Smith has supercharged the team into wanting to cap off this season with a couple of wins. The issue is the long-standing injury issues that have plagued the Chargers are continuing this week.

Keenan Allen, Joey Bosa, and Joshua Palmer have already been ruled out. However, they might be joined soon by linebacker Kenneth Murray Jr., linebacker Tanner Muse, and defensive lineman Nick Williams.

Murray popped up on the injury report earlier this week with a shoulder injury. He initially practiced on a limited basis on Tuesday, but that was followed by two DNP designations in the next two days. He is now doubtful to play.

Tanner is a bit more confusing, as he practiced in full Tuesday-Thursday. However, his knee injury has led to his status being doubtful. He may have tweaked the injury during the final practice.

Williams is also dealing with a shoulder injury that knocked him out of practice for 2 of the 3 days.

The Chargers have been hit hard by injuries on both sides of the ball, and it appears this week will be no different. It would be smart to shut down many of these players, especially if they are set to return to the team next season.
