The Las Vegas Raiders want nothing more than to end their three game losing streak in Week 5. If they are going to end it, they are going to have a full team effort and fix the mistakes that they have had during their losing streak. They are heading into a tough environment, and we will see if the Raiders are ready for that and see the preparations that they put in all week for this game. It is only week 5, but this is a huge game for the Raiders. A lot of things are going to come out of this one.

The Raiders want to see a better showing from their leader on the offensive side of the ball, quarterback Geno Smith. Smith is looking to bounce back after having yet another game with three interceptions. Smith has to be way better than he was last week. He has to take care of the ball and not force throws. Smith did not do a good job of helping his defense out, as well as getting them more time to rest. That is going to be a key component in this game if they want to win on the road again.

We are going to see what this does to respond to all the talk that has been going on. They really need this game to get the season back on track. The Raiders want to show that they still have a lot left in them. But before we get there, we take a look at the recent NFL power rankings for On SI and see where the Raiders land.

"Rookie running back Ashton  Jeanty struggled through the season’s first three games for reasons largely outside his control. Still, he solidified himself as the Raiders’ best rookie with his three-touchdown, 155 all-purpose-yards performance against the Bears in Week 4. The rest of the Raiders’ rookie class has not made much of an impact through four games, making Jeanty unquestionably the Raiders’ best rookie so far," said our Hondo S. Carpenter, Sr., & Ezekiel Trezevant.
