Tennessee Titans Trim Offensive Line With Three Cuts Including Jordan Roos

The Tennessee Titans' roster cutdown continues on Tuesday and we saw them part ways with three depth offensive linemen as they make their way to 53 players.

The Tennessee Titans roster is being trimmed as we speak and the next round of cuts came on the offensive line. The Titans will waive Jordan Roos, Andrew Rupcich and John LeGlue according to Justin Melo.

The Titans had double digit offensive linemen on their training camp roster and obviously that cannot be the case on the 53-man. It should be no surprise we will see multiple cuts on the offensive line.

Roos and Rupcich are the interesting names here. Neither were a lock to make the roster, but both had good moments in the preseason and Roos has actually been with the team for a few seasons in some capacity including playing in seven games in 2022.

Both players should be candidates to make the team's practice squad. However, Rupcich will be subject to waivers due to being in the league less than four seasons. The Titans will only be able to get him back on the practice squad if he is not claimed by another NFL team.

With the three cuts, we have a clearer picture of the offensive line. The starters are essentially set now with Andre Dillard, Peter Skoronski, Aaron Brewer, Daniel Brunskill and Chris Hubbard.

The remaining names not to be cut as of this writing outside of them are rookie Jaelyn Duncan, veteran Corey Levin, second-year Xavier Newman-Johnson, second-year John Ojukwu, recently-signed Justin Murray and roster holdovers in Nicholas Petit-Frere and Dillon Radunz.

Petit-Frere won't count towards the roster during his six-game suspension, so he should be safe and Radunz was just activated from the physically unable to perform list on Monday. Both of them should avoid a cut.

How many offensive linemen the Titans decide to keep will obviously determine how many cuts they need to make and how many hopefuls get a roster spot, but that will all come to light by Tuesday afternoon.
