The Cleveland Guardians continue to be one of the worst home run-hitting teams in MLB. They've now hit 30 homers as a team which is still the lowest in baseball.

But are the tides starting to change in the power department?

The last week of games seems to signal that this may be the case. Cleveland has now hit a homer in six straight games. What used to seem like like an impossible task is now becoming routine.

Game 1 Vs. White Sox

We start the streak back on May 18 with the Guardians still in Chicago. Gabriel Arias broke a tie with a two-run opposite-field homer in the fifth inning.

Game 2 Vs. Mets

The next home run that Cleveland hit came in New York. An old Cleveland friend, Carlos Carrasco, was on the mound pitching against his former club for the first time.

Josh Naylor stepped into the box and smoked a three-run bomb in the first inning.

Then, later in the top of the 10th inning, Arias showed up again to give Cleveland a two-run lead at the time.

Game 3 Vs. Mets

Jose Ramirez hasn't been the power hitter we've seen from him in the past, but that doesn't mean he's lost it. J-Ram reminded everyone what he can do when he gets a hold of a pitch blasting a homer off the railing in deep center at Citi Field.

Game 4 Vs. Mets

Guess who? Jose Ramirez. Guess how far? 418 feet.

That's what Jose did to this pitch off of Justin Verlander in front of the national crowd on Sunday night baseball on ESPN.

Game 5 Vs. White Sox

Cleveland returned home for another series with White Sox and found itself up one run late in the game. As history has told us this season, that's not enough.

Mike Zunino gave the Guardians a little insurance with a two-run opposite-field homer.

Game 6 Vs. White Sox

That takes us to Tuesday night with Will Brennan at the dish. He hit a home run to give the Guardians an early lead. As he rounded the bases he gave a tribute to the flying friend he hit on a line drive just the night before.

It's obviously a great sight to see the power come around. This was a big criticism of the team early in the season.

However, these home runs are now translating into wins. The Guardians are just 2-4 during this six-game home run streak highlighting the need for Cleveland to get production from other parts of the offense.
