The Milwaukee Bucks have made some significant roster moves this off-season. Aside from retaining All-Star cogs Brook Lopez and Khris Middleton, the Bucks have also signed up big man Robin Lopez and sharpshooter Malik Beasley to strengthen a roster that's hungry for redemption after being eliminated from the first round of the NBA Playoffs last season. The question is: are these moves enough to get the Bucks over the hump and make a deep run into the playoffs?

Here are five most interesting stories about the Bucks from the previous week:

1) Report pegs the Milwaukee Bucks to be worse in 2023-2024

Lopez and Middleton are exceptional players who are fully capable of helping the Bucks contend for an NBA title once again next season. However, injury issues and age could spell trouble for the squad in the future.

2) Report points to backup playmaker as the Milwaukee Bucks' biggest need

The Bucks, as they are currently constructed, do not have a backup point guard. With Jevon Carter departing for the Chicago Bulls in the off-season, the Bucks don't have an obvious option and need to fill the role if they want to avoid any missteps, whether in the regular season or the playoffs.

3) Chris Livingston showing the depth of his skills at Summer League

With a four-year, $7.7 million rookie contract, Livingston is aware much will be expected of him, and the former Kentucky player is ready for the challenge. So far, the 6-foot-6 forward has done well in the NBA Summer League, showcasing a wide array of skills that make for winning basketball.

4) A.J. Green excited about contract extension Milwaukee Bucks gave him

The Bucks have high hopes for sharpshooter A.J. Green and the young guard is eager to help the team in their journey back to title contention.

5) Milwaukee Bucks general manager Jon Horst excited to have Khris Middleton back

One of the Bucks' priorities in the off-season was to re-sign veteran wingman Khris Middleton. General manager Jon Horst is thrilled to have Middleton back in the fold and believes his presence on the floor will be a major boost to the team's title ambitions.
