Lakers vs Timberwolves Game 1: Sharpshooting Minnesota Blows Out LA

The Lakers were expected to have no problem against the the Timberwolves. However, this wasn't the case, and Minnesota wound up winning 117-95, largely due to them making 21 of 42 3-pointers. Unfortunately, Los Angeles wasn't able to keep up on offense or defense, especially in the first half.

The biggest highlight of the night was Luka Doncic, who recorded 37 points, eight rebounds, and an assist. In the end, this was a similar story to the Milwaukee Bucks against the Indiana Pacers: one person did almost all the work while the rest of the team fell behind.
