Always finding ways to make history, Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry has had a historic career. Still looking to add individual and team accolades to his legendary resume, Curry is hoping for another deep run this postseason.

In Monday night's game against the Sacramento Kings, Curry made his first bit of NBA history this postseason, passing the great Wilt Chamberlain in total career points in the playoffs. Now with 3,615 playoff points and counting, Curry is 19th on the NBA’s all-time scoring list in the postseason.

While there are bigger goals that both Curry and the team have for this year‘s postseason run, passing Wilt Chamberlain on any list is a major accomplishment. Should the Warriors make a deep run, Curry will have a chance to pass several more NBA legends on this list.

As previously mentioned, both Curry and the Warriors have bigger goals this postseason than any individual numbers or accolades. Getting by the Sacramento Kings is their first goal, which has already proven to be a difficult task. With Sacramento taking Game 1, the Warriors are looking to punch back in Game 2. Heading back to Golden State with the series tied would leave the Warriors feeling pretty good about where they sit.

Having struggled on the road all year, the Warriors will need to turn that around if they want to win this series.
