Report: New York Jets Sign Former Bengals Backup Quarterback Trevor Siemian
CINCINNATI — Former Bengals backup quarterback Trevor Siemian is now a New York Jet. Multiple reports confirmed the franchise is adding him to its practice squad as life continues without Aaron Rodgers.
Siemian turned in a rough preseason that led to Jake Browning beating him out for the final choice as Cincinnati's 2023 backup behind Joe Burrow.
He finished the 2023 preseason 36-of-65 for 316 yards and two interceptions.
