Joe Mixon's Aggravated Menacing Trial Extended to Another Day

In this story:
CINCINNATI — Court proceedings ended on Monday with no verdict in Joe Mixon's misdemeanor trial for aggravated menacing. According to WKRC's Christian Hauser the trial picks back up on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. ET.
The incident happened on Jan. 21, 2023 when Mixon allegedly pointed a gun at a woman.
The 27-year-old allegedly told the victim, “You should be popped in the face. I should shoot you. The police can’t get me,” according to court records.
It stemmed from a traffic disagreement and Cincinnati City Prosecutor Amber Daniel requested a dismissal of the case in court this past February.
Daniel cited the need for further investigation, but the case has moved forward with Mixon pleading not guilty. This is not tied to the shooting near Mixon's property that also happened this year.
