CINCINNATI — The Bengals' recent waiver claim, cornerback Chris Lammons, has been indicted by a grand jury for allegedly assaulting a man at a Las Vegas nightclub in February 2022.

Lammons, Saints running back Alvin Kamara, and two other men were indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit battery and battery resulting in substantial bodily harm at a Las Vegas nightclub the night before Super Bowl LVI.

The man who was attacked, Darnell Greene Jr. filed a lawsuit last October alleging that Lammons and the other three men beat Greene and stomped on him while he was unconscious outside the nightclub on the morning of Feb. 5, 2022, the night before the Pro Bowl.

Greene is seeking $10 million in damages.

The case is moving Las Vegas Justice Court to district court on March 2.
