NFL Insider: League Proposal Expected to Pass, Despite Bengals' Plea to Vote It Down

In this story:
CINCINNATI — The NFL's playoff proposal is expected to pass according to Ian Rapoport.
All 32 team owners are meeting on Friday afternoon to discuss the changes that need to be made following the Bengals-Bills cancellation.
Under the proposal, Cincinnati would have to beat Baltimore on Sunday to secure a home playoff game, even though they've been declared AFC North Champions.
If the Bengals lose to the Ravens and face Baltimore in the Wild Card round, home field advantage would be determined by a coin toss.
Bengals Executive Vice President Katie Blackburn stated her case on Thursday, in hopes of convincing nine of the 32 owners to vote against the proposal. Cincinnati will certainly vote it down.
Unfortunately for the Bengals, it sounds like it's going to pass. We'll have more information on the proposal when it's made available.
From NFL Now: With the vote coming up on the alterations for the NFL playoffs, expect it to pass in some form but also expect the #Bengals to vote against it. pic.twitter.com/PfGgnlszKE
