Report: Hamilton County Officials Not Ruling Out New Bengals Stadium

In this story:
CINCINNATI — Hamilton County officials aren't ruling out building a new stadium for the Bengals to play in. They updated the renovation plan for Paycor Stadium at a meeting on Tuesday.
The county wants a plan put together for a renovation of the current building, along with the projected costs of building a new stadium overall.
WCPO reported that the county leadership wants a master plan from Gensler Sports with all of the options ready to assess by December.
Gensler is an outside firm hired by the county and Bengals to gauge the stadium's future.
Bengals leadership has been adamant they'll make their own improvements to the stadium, on top of whatever public improvements get pushed through.
“I think we have a great stadium. Our stadium has been a great asset to the area and we think if we can keep it up to a certain level it can serve us well for a while longer," Bengals executive vice president Katie Blackburn said during the 2023 NFL Owners meetings. "(A new stadium is) a big project. And more power to Tennessee and New York for going that direction, but we feel our stadium has been a great asset and can be useful for a while."
The Bengals' lease at the stadium runs through 2026.
