Colts, Rams Injury Report: Star Rookie Closer to Return

In this story:
The Indianapolis Colts hit the practice field on Wednesday in preparation for their Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams this weekend at Lucas Oil Stadium.
A welcomed sight was that of quarterback Anthony Richardson and center Ryan Kelly, who both practiced in full for the first time since leaving the game early two weeks ago due to concussions. The Colts are 2-0 in the one-and-a-half games the players have missed, so their return is an even bigger shot in the arm for Sunday's showdown with the Rams.
Here is where both teams stand, injury-wise (the Rams' report will be updated when it is announced by the team).
Per the Rams: "The Rams held a walk-thru on Wednesday and participation is an estimation."
COLTS
WEDNESDAY
- Did Not Participate — DT DeForest Buckner (groin), G Quenton Nelson (toe)
- Full Participant — CB Dallis Flowers (back), C Ryan Kelly (concussion), QB Anthony Richardson (concussion)
While in the concussion protocol, Kelly and Richardson must log each partial and full practice sessions, so now that's been checked off, they could be cleared soon.
Elsewhere, Buckner and Flowers are new additions to the report, so they bear monitoring, particularly Buckner, who did not participate.
RAMS
WEDNESDAY (estimation)
- Did Not Participate — TE Tyler Higbee (Achilles), OL Alaric Jackson (hamstring), WR Ben Skowronek (Achilles)
- Limited Participant — WR Puka Nacua (oblique)
- Full Participant — OL Joe Noteboom (knee)
With Cooper Kupp remaining on Injured Reserve, keep an eye on the status of primary pass-catchers Higbee, Skowronek, and Nacua.
