2020 Breakout Wide Receiver: Kendrick Bourne

With Deebo Samuel expected to miss the first month of the season, 49ers receiver Kendrick Bourne has a great opportunity to emerge from the depth chart.

Fantasy Football players were ready to draft Deebo Samuel in the fourth round of upcoming fantasy football drafts but then the 49ers second-year wide receiver broke his foot in the off-season. Now he’s expected to miss the early part of the season and with Emmanuel Sanders now playing in New Orleans, there are two open spots in the starting lineup. Rookie Brandon Ayiuk is a possible candidate to fill one of those spots but fourth-year wide receiver Kendrick Bourne is the more likely candidate. Sports Illustrated’s fantasy football analysts Corey Parson and All49ers Grant Cohn discuss Bourne’s breakout potential for 2020 and when fantasy football managers should draft the San Francisco playmaker.
