Milwaukee Bucks superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo will be on the court tonight against the Washington Wizards.

Antetokounmpo, who was downgraded to probable prior to the match, has been upgraded to available and will play.

The Bucks put the Greek Freak on the injury report with lower back soreness, but it won't be a problem for him tonight.

The 30-year-old is good ot go for the regular season opener after a summer of much speculation. All eyes will be on the two-time MVP, as he will be heavily relied on this season.

The Bucks made a ton of changes this past offseason, waiving Antetokounmpo's former co-star, Damian Lillard, but added veteran big man Myles Turner.

It may take some time for the nine-time All-Star to adjust to his new frontcourt mate, but good things could happen for them, especially on the defensive end of the ball.


The Bucks enter this contest as massive favorites at -8.5. Milwaukee finished last season as the No. 5 seed in the East. With a retooled squad, they'll look for an even better season with what they hope is a more formidable supporting cast.
