In this story:

The Boston Celtics recently signed a Minnesota Timberwolves forward to a two-year, $5 million deal in what is already proving to be an eventful free agency period around the league. The 22-year-old shot 48.9% from the field last season and 32.6% from deep.

Additionally, Boston has been linked to Damian Lillard following his sudden release from the Milwaukee Bucks. Lillard is going through what Jayson Tatum is dealing with as the two superstars tore their Achilles during their team's respective playoff runs, but has proven that he can provide elite scoring and playmaking when healthy.

Finally, a Celtics Hall of Famer spoke on a certain offseason move from Boston that he doesn't quite agree with. He wasn't the only Hall of Famer to speak out on the offseason as another Boston legend urged his former team not to make rash trades.
