Orlando Brown Jr. Details Recovery Plan During Short Week: 'I do a Really Good Job With my Body'
CINCINNATI — Cincinnati offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. went through some tough battles in the trenches on Monday night and he has one less day to recover from the blows ahead of the Tennessee matchup.
Brown discussed how he reloads with All Bengals' Elise Jesse.
"I do a really good job with my body week in and week out," Brown said about his recovery plan. "Just massages, manual therapy, PT, making sure I'm getting all those things corrected. So that's my focus."
Brown's played in 16-plus games every season he's been in the NFL, so that strategy is working well for him thus far. He ranks third among Bengals offensive linemen with a 57.2 PFF grade this season.
