Report: Bengals Meet With Arkansas Wide Receiver Jadon Haselwood

Cincinnati has shown interest in a few wide receivers ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals have reportedly met virtually with Oklahoma wide receiver prospect Jadon Haselwood.

Tanner Phipher reported the news.

Haselwood led Arkansas in catches (59) last season to go with 702 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns. He transferred from Oklahoma to Arkansas in 2022.

Haselwood is the consensus 219th-ranked player and projects as a possible seventh-round pick or free agent for Cincinnati.

The 6-foot-2 wide receiver could be an interesting project to develop as a slot receiver.

"Haselwood is a gliding athlete with the short-area quicks to defeat press, but his separation is usually short-lived, which highlights his lack of desired speed and strength," The Athletic's Dane Brugler wrote in his draft guide. "His best college tape came as a 'big slot,' and that is how he projects in the NFL."
