Watch: Top Highlights For Bengals Second Round Pick DJ Turner

CINCINNATI — The Bengals selected Michigan cornerback DJ Turner with the 60th pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Turner marks the second-straight high-value pick used on a Michigan defensive back after Cincinnati selected Dax Hill last season.

Turner is one of the fastest players in this year's draft after running a 4.27 40-yard dash and ranks 92nd since 1987 in RAS by a cornerback (9.59).

He was Parker Blake's seventh-ranked cornerback.

"Turner showcased his elite speed by running the fastest 40-yard dash (4.26) at the combine and doubled down with the top 20-yard split (2.32)." Blake wrote for AllBengals. "His above-average anticipation and physical tendencies make up for his below-average arm length and smaller frame.

"Turner should look to improve his play strength sooner rather than later, but his developed processing and overall competitive nature should allow him to be a solid slot or CB2 at the next level."
