The Cleveland Browns are considered massive home underdogs against the San Francisco 49ers in Week Six, largely due to the absence of starting quarterback Deshaun Watson.

Before the two teams even kicked off though, Cleveland made it clear they're not going down without a fight.

About 40 minutes prior to game time, multiple vidoes made the rounds on social media that showed a pregame donnybrook unfolding between the two teams, near midfield.

It's unclear at this time what sparked the brawl, but the video seems to show Browns safety Juan Thornhill and 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk getting into each other's faces before the pushing and shoving begins.

After Thornhill and Aiyuk get into it, Aiyuk's receiver-mate, Deebo Samuel appears to jump in and things appear to escalate from there. No discipline was announced or handed down for the incident pregame, but there could be fines coming for several players.

How the incident impacts the game will be something to keep an eye on. On one hand, it could serve as a source of motivation for the Browns, who are looking for any way to play with an edge against a team that's favored by more than nine points in their building.

Conversely, sometimes when emotions are running too high it can spill over onto the field and lead to undisciplined play from either team.

Given the timing of the incident, it's unlikely much information about what sparked the incident will be known throughout most of the afternoon. It's safe to assume though, that it will be a big topic of conversation when players and coaches meet with the media postgame.
