The Kansas City Chiefs have lost their second Super Bowl after being killed by the Philadelphia Eagles 40-22. That's the second time the Chiefs have gotten beat badly in the Super Bowl, with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tom Brady throttling the Chiefs 31-9. That was Tom Brady's seventh Super Bowl ring, and ever since he retired, there's been more talk of a GOAT debate between Brady and Mahomes.

That GOAT debate got re-ignited on Sunday night after Mahomes played one of the worst games of his career. Those on social media noted that the game went a similar way to how the Bucs defeated the Chiefs in Super Bowl LV, and that with a Brady win over Mahomes and Super Bowl performances that were never as bad as this, the debate could be settled.

Here's what football fans on social media were saying after the game.
