Murray - who won the Heisman trophy at Oklahoma - is a former No. 1 overall pick and will likely see Clark drafted as the No. 1 pick in the upcoming WNBA draft when the dust settles on the NCAA tournament.
More from SI.com's Liam McKeone on Clark's record-breaking career at Iowa:
"Clark has broken multiple Division I records at Iowa over the last five months. To name a few, Clark is Iowa's all-time women's leading scorer, the Big Ten's all-time women's leader in assists and points, the NCAA's Division I women's career scoring leader, and the all-time leader in points scored in Division I history, breaking Pete Maravich's 54-year-old record," he wrote.
Many are excited to see Clark hit the next level and hopefully continue to bring more light and eyes to the game of women's basketball.
WNBA star Diana Taurasi says Clark has another challenge at her footstep.
"Reality is coming," Taurasi told ESPN's Scott Van Pelt. "You look superhuman playing against some 18-year-olds but you're going to come play with some grown women that have been playing professional basketball for a long time."
We'll see how Clark eventually develops as a professional, though it's clear she's got plenty of people in her corner - including the Cardinals' starting quarterback.
