Chargers News: Chris Simms Goes on NSFW Rant About Bolts Chances Against the Ravens

In this story:
Chris Simms is often a very outspoken NFL analyst, and he never minces words when it comes to how he feels about teams. That is certainly the case for the Los Angeles Chargers, who are currently fighting to remain relevant in the AFC.
They have a huge test tonight, as they will take on the Baltimore Ravens, who are arguably the best team in the conference. No one would argue that the Ravens are a better team, but Simms let it be known that the Bolts stand no chance tonight.
Chris Simms has pretty respectable takes tbh. He was a huge proponent of #Herbert post draft.

I’ve never heard #Chargers get destroyed on national TV like this. Sheesh 😒 I really think it’s the Staley effect going forward.
I’ll be there Sunday hoping for a miracle.#BoltUp pic.twitter.com/QTt8nJB1yP
Chris Simms may be a huge fan of Justin Herbert, but he understands that the Chargers are a far less talented team than the Baltimore Ravens. The issue he has is with the -3.5 betting line posted for the game.
Simms begins to trash the idea while throwing out many expletives in discussing how the Ravens should be a far higher favorite over the Bolts. He has a point in that the contest should be a bit more one-sided, but the Chargers have been keeping most of their games close.
The Chargers are also playing at home, and the Ravens have to travel to Sofi. Home-field advantage is always a plus, but it still does not match up to a -3.5 favorite line for the Ravens.
What needs to happen tonight is that the Bolts will need to play a complete game to win and remain alive in the hunt for the playoffs. Should the Ravens walk away with the win, the Chargers will find themselves too far from relevance in the stacked AFC.
