The Seattle Seahawks are putting together their final bits of preparation as they warm up to face off against NFC West rival Arizona Cardinals in Week 9 at Lumen Field.

The Seahawks are watching their injury report grow as the season goes along, and several key players are inactive for the game against the Cardinals as a result. Here's a look at the full list of inactives for both teams and what it means going into the game.

Seahawks Inactives

  • LT Charles Cross
  • QB Sam Darnold
  • G Quenton Nelson
  • LB Uchenna Nwosu
  • NT Brandon Pili
  • WR Rashid Shaheed
  • DT Leonard Williams

The offensive line is a bit banged up on the left side, as Charles Cross and Quenton Nelson are both out for the team with their respective injuries. Cross is dealing with a high ankle sprain, while Nelson has a knee injury. Both are expected to be out for multiple weeks.

Leading into the Week 11 bye, with those two out for today's game, look for Anthony Bradford and Josh Jones to step up in their place.

The team is also without quarterback Sam Darnold, who is dealing with quad and rib injuries. That will put Drew Lock in the starting lineup, even though he's been dealing with a right elbow injury for the past couple of weeks and was limited in practice over the last couple of days.

The team is also dealing with a loss, as Leonard Williams is out with a stinger. This will put a lot of pressure on Byron Murphy II to be the leader on the defensive line.

Cardinals Inactives

  • CB Starling Thomas V
  • OL Jayden Williams
  • LB Eku Leota
  • OL Jon Gaines III

The most notable inactive for the Cardinals is running back Bam Knight, who has taken advantage of his teammate Jeremiyah Love being injured throughout the season. Knight ran the ball 15 times for 80 yards in Week 6 against the Los Angeles Rams, but his absence today opens the door for Tyler Allgeier to be the lead back for the Cardinals.

Kickoff between the Cardinals and Seahawks is scheduled for 1:25 pm PT inside Lumen Field. Fans can watch the game on FOX or stream it on the FOX One app.
