Sammy Sosa visits London, dabs

If you haven't seen Sammy Sosa since his playing days, you're in for a surprise. The former Cubs slugger posted photos from his trip to London, and Twitter is (once again) freaking out about his lightened skin color.

R.I.P. Roy Halladay

Sad to hear about the tragic death of Roy Halladay. Tom Verducci has a great obituary on the Blue Jays and Phillies legend and how much work he put into his craft. Also of interest: The latest updates on Halladay's plane crash ... Good story about Halladay going to the zoo with a Phillies blogger ... SI's best photos of Halladay ... Players from around the league tweeted thoughts and prayers ... The plane he was flying was a "jet ski with wings."

Three UCLA players arrested in China

Three UCLA basketball players, including LiAngelo Ball (LaVar's son), were arrested for shoplifting from a Louis Vuitton store while on a trip to China. The three could face jail time, according to our legal expert Michael McCann, though they were released on bail at 4 a.m. this morning. It'll be interesting to see what happens, especially with President Trump visiting China for the first time as president. The incident caps off a disastrous start to the 2017–18 college basketball season.

With that in mind, we have some sensible suggestions for Pittsburgh's newest driver. And while we're on the subject, here's a huge gallery of athletes and their cars.

One way to spend $10,000

Britney Spears painted some blue and purple flowers on a canvas. You'll never guess who decided to spend $10,000 to purchase said canvas.
