Tyler Boyd on Key to 0-2 Climb: 'Just Staying Together'

CINCINNATI — Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd was one of the Bengals' best offensive players on Sunday as Cincinnati fell to 0-2 with a 27-24 loss to Baltimore.

Boyd caught six of eight targets for 52 yards as a catalyst for rhythm in the passing game. Still, Joe Burrow struggled for much of the game as Baltimore held him to 5.4 yards per attempt, along with five QB hits.

The team is going through another daunting test early in the season.

"Just staying together that's the toughest thing because when things don't go your way might have players thinking they could've did more if they got more opportunity," Boyd told AllBengals Elise Jesse. "Which every person's going to feel that way win or loss."

Cincinnati now faces a Monday Night Football game with a changing outlook as the team awaits news on Burrow's aggravated calf.

"As long as we stay together and guys stay unselfish," Boyd said. "Just come back in ready to work and just strive and just keep believing in what the coaches telling us in the gameplan and with each other then I think we'll be fine."
