How we compared NFL prediction market sites and apps

To find the best NFL prediction markets, I evaluated every site and app in this guide using the same eight criteria. My rankings focus on the factors that matter most when trading NFL contracts, including market selection, fees, liquidity, availability, and the overall trading experience.

  • 🏈 NFL market selection: I compared the number and variety of NFL prediction markets available, including game winners, spreads, totals, player props, parlays, Super Bowl markets, and season-long futures.
  • 💰 Pricing and fees: I reviewed what each platform charges for trades, parlays, deposits, and withdrawals, and how those costs can affect your potential returns.
  • 💧 Liquidity: I looked at the trading activity behind NFL contracts and how easily you can enter or exit a position without significantly affecting the price.
  • 📊 Order types: I checked whether each platform supports limit orders, market orders, or other ways to control your trade price.
  • 📍 State availability: I reviewed where each NFL prediction market is currently available for sports event contracts, taking recent regulatory developments into account.
  • 📋 Settlement clarity: I compared how clearly each platform explains its contract rules, settlement criteria, and official resolution sources.
  • 📱 Mobile experience: I tested how easy it is to find NFL markets, place and manage trades, and navigate each prediction market app on iOS and Android.
  • 🔒 Security and regulation: I considered each platform's regulatory status, account security features, and how it handles customer funds.

NFL prediction market sites reviewed

The best NFL prediction market apps each offer something different, from deeper liquidity and lower fees to parlays and rewards. Here's how I currently rank them:

1. Kalshi - Best overall NFL prediction market site

Kalshi earns our top spot because it had the best all-around NFL experience in my testing. Its dedicated NFL section makes it easy to jump between weekly games and season-long markets, with contracts covering game winners, spreads, division and conference winners, MVP, Super Bowl futures, and more.

I also found Kalshi easy to navigate on both mobile and desktop. NFL markets are organized in one place, so I could quickly move from Sunday's matchups to longer-term futures without searching around the platform.

🏈 What I like for NFL trading

  • Organized NFL hub: Weekly games, futures, and other NFL contracts are organized in one section that's easy to follow and find what you're looking for.
  • Strong market variety: You can trade individual games alongside division, conference, MVP, and Super Bowl markets, and so much more, including where players will land on the NFL Top 100 list.
  • Good for live trading NFL: As games unfold and prices fluctuate, you can be sure of a smooth live trading experience on Kalshi.

My take: Kalshi provided the best overall experience for trading NFL prediction markets. Having NFL spreads, player-focused contracts, division and conference winners, MVP, Super Bowl futures, and even NFL Top 100 markets organized in one place made finding new trades straightforward. I was particularly impressed with the live trading experience: there was no lag when I needed to adjust or exit my positions as the action unfolded, and new prices appeared immediately on trading slips as the market reacted to new data.

🎁 Kalshi offer

New users can enter the Kalshi promo code SI35 to get $35 in trading credits. Just complete $25 worth of trades, and you'll be awarded the bonus funds, which you can use on NFL trades right away.

Read our Kalshi review for more details, including a look at the Kalshi referral program.

*Certain limitations apply. The offer is available to new users only. 18+ only. Restrictions and eligibility requirements apply. Event contract trading involves significant risk and is not appropriate for everyone. Please carefully consider if it is appropriate for you in light of your personal financial circumstances. Kalshi products are not available in all jurisdictions. See http://kalshi.com/regulatory for more information.

2. Polymarket - Best for NFL market liquidity

When it comes to the money actually moving behind NFL contracts, Polymarket is in a different league. Its NFL and Super Bowl winner markets had some of the deepest order books of the platforms I tested, which is particularly useful when you're trading popular teams or larger NFL futures markets.

I also liked how much information I could see before making an NFL trade. Contract pages include a live order book and price history, making it easy to check available prices and see how the market's outlook on a team has changed over time.

🏈 What I like for NFL trading

  • Deep NFL liquidity: Major NFL and Super Bowl markets attract substantial trading activity.
  • NFL futures trading: Team futures are a strength, with active markets that let you trade changing expectations throughout the NFL season rather than waiting until the playoffs.
  • Order-book transparency: I could see the prices and available liquidity on both sides of an NFL contract before placing a trade, which helped me judge how easily I could enter or exit a position.

My take: After using Polymarket for NFL trading, I found its biggest strengths were liquidity and overall pricing. When I placed a $100 Super Bowl futures trade on the Cincinnati Bengals in preseason on Polymarket, the 3.5¢ pricing (3.5% probability) was by far the best available and gave me the potential for over $2,600 in profit. This was substantially larger than the return I would have taken on the same trade on ProphetX or DraftKings Predictions.

🎁 Polymarket offer

Use the Polymarket promo code SIBONUS to get a $20 trading bonus after making a $10 deposit. This simple offer gives you a nice boost as you start exploring NFL markets.

The Polymarket US App serves as an independent software provider and affiliate of Polymarket US and Polymarket Clearing, the CFTC-regulated exchange and clearing organization.

3. ProphetX - Best for NFL futures parlays

ProphetX is one of my favorite NFL prediction markets for building parlays. You can combine NFL markets into multi-leg trades, while straight trading lets you bet on moneylines, spreads, totals, and player markets throughout the season.

The biggest advantage is parlay pricing. ProphetX charges no trading fee on net gains from parlay trades, while straight trades carry a 2% fee on net gains per market. That combination makes it one of the best prediction market parlay sites I've tested for NFL traders.

🏈 What I like for NFL trading

  • NFL parlays: Seamlessly combine multiple NFL outcomes into a single trade.
  • 0% parlay fee: ProphetX doesn't charge a trading fee on net gains from parlay trades, making it a top spot for NFL parlays.
  • Price control: On straight trades, you can set your desired price for an NFL trade and wait for another participant to match your order.

My take: I found the parlay building experience on ProphetX to be one of its best features. Building multi-leg NFL parlays felt straightforward, much like building a parlay on a regular sportsbook where the prices update as you add legs. ProphetX's smaller trading base and lower liquidity created tough pricing dynamics and, at times, limited my trade selection to NFL spreads and moneyline. However, I also benefited from 0% fees on winning parlays and the ability to combine NFL futures on the ProphetX parlay builder.

🎁 ProphetX offer

Use the ProphetX promo code SICOM and trade $10 to unlock a $20 bonus.

ProphetX promo code SICOM: Trade $10, get $20

4. Novig - Best NFL prediction market site for rewards

Novig's rewards program will keep me coming back all NFL season. You can earn Novig Points through eligible parlays and filled market orders, while challenges provide additional opportunities to earn points and climb the platform's monthly rewards tiers.

That rewards system fits particularly well with the week-to-week nature of the NFL season. Novig also offers daily login rewards, while higher monthly tiers can unlock additional Novig Cash and other perks, all alongside a peer-to-peer sports prediction exchange model that charges 0% commission and no vig on standard trades.

🏈 What I like for NFL trading

  • No fee structure: 0% commission and no vig on standard trades
  • Challenges and rewards: Daily and monthly challenges add another layer to following NFL markets.
  • Monthly rewards tiers: Regular NFL traders can accumulate points and work toward additional platform perks throughout the season.

My take: Novig's 0% commission on standard trades made it a favorite of mine during NFL season as I tend to place a ton of weekly NFL prop bets, including O/U on player passing yards, rushing yards and even TDs. You do have to be mindful of price and liquidity before locking in a trade but in many cases, Novig's price structure meant I was getting the best deal by using their platform for my NFL trade over another. The Novig daily and monthly challenges were also a nice feature that kept me engaged and felt a step ahead of other prediction market platforms who don't offer any sort of daily rewards, bonuses or promos.

🎁 Novig offer

New users can use the Novig promo code SIBONUS to get a $25 bonus after depositing $10.

Image of Novig promo code offer: SIBONUS

5. OG.com - Best for social NFL trading

I loved how social NFL trading felt on OG.com compared with other platforms. Active markets include live chat, so I could follow what other traders were saying about a matchup while checking its price.

I also found myself checking the trader leaderboard alongside NFL markets. Those features give OG.com more of a community feel during the NFL season, rather than limiting the experience to watching contract prices move.

🏈 What I like for NFL trading

  • Live NFL market chat: Follow the conversation around an NFL matchup while you're viewing the market.
  • Trader leaderboard: See how other users are performing on NFL trading and where you rank.
  • NFL market selection: OG.com covers all NFL games and includes a deep selection of player props for trading

My take: OG is a solid platform for NFL prediction market trading. It doesn't have the largest welcome bonus, but its trading slips update potential profit instantly as you remove and add markets, and it now features an expanded native combo builder for same-game parlay capability, so you can combine player props and spreads. Even if you're not into the social features, it's still high on my list of the best prediction market apps for NFL trading this season.

🎁 OG.com offer

New users can claim the OG promo code to get a head start on NFL prediction market trading.

OG.com promo: Trade $10, get $10 bonus

6. Crypto.com - Best NFL prediction market site for crypto users

If you already use Crypto.com, NFL prediction markets fit naturally into the app you're already using. I found the Predictions section easy to access from an existing account, so you can move from your regular Crypto.com activity to checking NFL contracts without setting up a separate prediction market account.

For NFL trading, Crypto.com offers game winners, plus conference, division, and playoff markets, through its CFTC-registered CDNA exchange. I think its biggest advantage is convenience for existing Crypto.com users who want NFL markets available in the same ecosystem.

🏈 What I like for NFL trading

  • NFL markets in one app: Access NFL prediction markets from the same Crypto.com account you already use.
  • NFL futures: Trade conference, division, playoff, and other longer-term NFL outcomes are easy to locate and trade on.
  • Easy account access: Existing users don't need to manage a completely separate platform just for NFL contracts.

My take: Crypto.com has a basic setup for trading NFL prediction markets, but convenience is a big factor, especially if you already have a Crypto.com account. I could access NFL contracts without signing up for or funding a completely separate prediction market platform, and I found NFL futures covering divisions, conferences, playoffs, and other season-long outcomes easy to locate.

🎁 Crypto.com offer

You can use the Crypto.com referral code to earn up to $2,000 in CRO.

Crypto.com promo image: Up to $2,000

7. DraftKings Predictions - Best NFL prediction market site for sports traders

DraftKings Predictions felt immediately familiar when I tested its NFL markets. The platform brings DraftKings' sports-focused design to event contracts, making NFL game markets, player-driven contracts, and season-long futures easy to navigate if you've used other DraftKings products.

That's the biggest reason I'd consider it for NFL trading. Instead of learning the layout of an unfamiliar financial exchange, you get an experience built by a company that already has years of experience designing products around how football fans follow games and players.

🏈 What I like for NFL trading

  • Familiar NFL experience: The sports-focused interface should feel recognizable to existing DraftKings users.
  • NFL market variety: Trade game markets, player-focused contracts, and season-long NFL futures.
  • Easy navigation: Because it's familiar, I found it easy to navigate between different NFL markets without learning a complicated exchange interface.

My take: As a current DraftKings Sportsbook user, I had no issues migrating to the DraftKings Predictions app or desktop site. The trading menus were familiar and easy to navigate, with simple, well-labeled sub-menus for browsing NFL games, markets, and props. I expect DraftKings Predictions liquidity to ramp up as the NFL season kicks off, with better selection for NFL spreads and player props coming in 2026/2027.

🎁 DraftKings Predictions offer

New users can get $150 in trading credits with the DraftKings Predictions promo code.

Best NFL prediction market apps

The best NFL prediction market apps turn a season-long trading habit into something you can actually manage from your pocket, with live pricing, push alerts, and one-tap order confirmation built for game day. Here's how the top platforms compare on mobile, and what to check before you pick one.

What sets the apps apart from desktop sites

Every platform on this list runs a mobile app alongside its desktop site, and for NFL trading during game windows, the app is where most of the action happens. Push alerts for line moves, one-tap order confirmation, and portfoliio views built for a phone screen all matter more on Sunday than they do when you're planning season-long future bets on your computer.

iOS vs. Android availability and app-store ratings context

All seven platforms offer iOS and Android apps with generally similar features. App ratings can change frequently, especially during the NFL season, so check the App Store or Google Play for the latest ratings and reviews before downloading.

What to check in an NFL prediction market app

Before you commit to a platform for the season, open the app and confirm a few things for yourself.

  • Live price updates: Does the market price refresh in real time as a game unfolds, or does it lag?
  • Order confirmation: Can you see exactly what you're trading, at what price, before you confirm?
  • Alerts: Can you set price alerts or line-move notifications for specific NFL markets?
  • Cash-out: Can you exit a position before a game ends, and is that option clearly shown in the app?

Best NFL prediction market apps by use case

Your personal preferences will have a say in which platform you'll use for trading on NFL markets. Here is what each of them does best:

Best overall NFL Prediction Market: 🟢 Kalshi

Kalshi's NFL hub and straightforward user experience make it the easiest place for most traders to start.

Best for NFL market liquidity: 🔵 Polymarket

Polymarket's deep order books make it the pick if you're trading marquee NFL or Super Bowl contracts and don't want your own trade to move the price.

Best for NFL parlays: 🔮 ProphetX

ProphetX's limit orders and 0% parlay fee let you set your own price and combine legs without giving up a cut of your profit.

Best for NFL rewards: ➡️ Novig

Novig's daily login bonuses, NFL prediction challenges, and leaderboards give you a reason to open the app between games, not just on Sundays.

OG.com's leaderboard and live chat make it the pick if you want to see what other traders think while you decide on a position.

How to choose an NFL prediction market site or app

The best NFL prediction market for you depends on what and how you want to trade. I recommend comparing operators like Kalshi or Polymarket on NFL market coverage, fees, liquidity, availability, and settlement rules before choosing a platform.

🏈 Compare NFL markets and trading options

Start with the types of NFL markets you want to trade. Game winners are widely available, but coverage of player props, weekly game markets, division futures and Super Bowl futures can vary by platform.

If you like building parlays, ProphetX stands out with its 0% fee on net gains from parlay trades. Polymarket is my pick for traders who prioritize deep liquidity on major NFL and Super Bowl markets, while Kalshi offers a well-rounded experience that's easy to navigate.

💰 Check fees and NFL market liquidity

Fees directly affect how much you can make from a winning trade, while liquidity affects how easily you can enter or exit a position at the price you want. Compare the fees, spreads and trading volume in the table above, but also check the specific NFL markets you're interested in before trading.

📍 Confirm availability in your state

Prediction market availability varies by location, and access to sports event contracts can differ by platform. Check that the platform and the NFL markets you want to trade are available where you live before signing up or depositing funds.

📋 Read the market settlement rules

Always check a contract's settlement rules before placing a trade. The rules should explain exactly what needs to happen for the contract to settle as 'Yes' or 'No', which source determines the official result and when the market will resolve.

What are NFL prediction markets and how do they work?

NFL prediction markets let you trade contracts on the outcome of real NFL events instead of placing a traditional fixed-odds bet. A 'Yes' or 'No' contract is typically priced between $0.01 and $1, with the price representing the market's implied probability of that outcome.

A contract trading at 35¢, for example, implies roughly a 35% chance that the event will happen. If you're holding a winning contract when the market settles, it's worth $1; a losing contract settles at $0.

Kalshi odds for Patriots vs. Seahawks

For example, let's say I wanted to trade $100 on Seattle to beat New England in the market above. Seattle 'Yes' contracts cost 65¢ each, so $100 would buy about 153 contracts. If the Seahawks win, each contract settles at $1, giving me about $153 back for a profit of roughly $53 before any applicable fees. If Seattle loses, the contracts settle at $0, and I'd lose the $100 I traded.

Here is the same trade broken down by steps below:

  • You trade $100 on Seattle to win.
  • Seattle “Yes” contracts cost $0.65 each.
  • At that price, $100 buys about 153 contracts.
  • If Seattle wins: Each contract settles at $1, so you get about $153 back — roughly a $53 profit, before any applicable fees.
  • If Seattle loses: Each contract settles at $0, so you lose the $100 you traded.

The price also gives me a quick read on what the market thinks will happen. Seattle's 65¢ 'Yes' price implies roughly a 65% chance of winning, while New England's 36¢ 'Yes' price implies roughly a 36% chance. Those prices can change leading up to the game as traders buy and sell contracts.

Unlike a sportsbook, where you generally wager against the operator at odds it posts, prediction markets allow participants to buy and sell contracts at market-driven prices. Another key difference is that you can typically exit your position before the market settles by selling your contracts, rather than holding them until the final result.

The NFL is one of the most popular sports on prediction market platforms, with contracts available on everything from individual games to season-long futures. Depending on the platform, you can trade familiar markets such as moneylines, spreads, and totals alongside futures on the Super Bowl, division winners, player awards, and more.

🏈 Game winners: Trade contracts on which team will win an individual NFL game, similar to a sportsbook moneyline but with prices that move as traders buy and sell.

📏 Spreads: Trade on whether a team will win or lose by more than a specified point spread, such as Kansas City -3.5.

🔢 Over/unders: Predict whether the combined score of a game will finish above or below a listed total.

🏆 Super Bowl winner: Season-long markets on which team will win the Super Bowl, with prices moving throughout the season based on performance and expectations.

🥇 Conference champions: Contracts on which teams will win the AFC and NFC and advance to the Super Bowl.

👑 Division winners: Markets covering which team will finish first in each of the NFL's eight divisions.

🎟️ Playoff qualifiers: Trade on whether a specific team will make or miss the NFL playoffs.

⭐ MVP and other awards: Season-long markets covering NFL MVP, Offensive Rookie of the Year, and other major awards.

📈 Win totals: Contracts tied to how many regular-season games a team will win.

🔄 Player and coach movement: Markets covering trades, free agency, coaching changes, and other major NFL personnel decisions.

Are NFL prediction market sites legal?

NFL prediction market apps are not regulated the same way as traditional sportsbooks. Federally regulated prediction markets offer sports event contracts under CFTC oversight, rather than individual state gaming regulators.

Availability still depends on the platform, your location, and current regulations. Before signing up for an NFL prediction market app, consider these factors:

  • Platform availability: Not every prediction market app is available in every state.
  • NFL market access: Sports contract availability can vary by platform and location.
  • Current regulations: Prediction market laws and regulations continue to evolve, so availability can change.
  • Platform restrictions: NFL markets, deposit methods, and trading features can differ between apps.

Always check whether your preferred prediction market app and its NFL markets are available in your state before signing up. If one NFL prediction platform isn't available where you're located, then check out our other guides for some alternatives:

NFL prediction markets vs. sportsbooks

The biggest difference in the prediction markets vs. sports betting debate is how each market works. A sportsbook sets the odds and takes the other side of your bet, while a prediction market lets you trade contracts against other participants, with prices determined by the market rather than a bookmaker.

Pricing also differs. Sportsbooks typically use American odds, such as +150 or -110, while prediction markets price contracts in cents based on implied probability. For example, a 35-cent contract represents roughly a 35% chance that the outcome will occur. Prediction markets can also provide more flexibility because you can often sell your position before an event ends rather than waiting for settlement.

Regulation is another key distinction. Prediction markets generally operate under federal CFTC oversight as derivatives markets, while legal sportsbooks are licensed and regulated at the state level.

Because they operate under a different regulatory framework, some NFL prediction market apps are available in states without legal online sportsbooks. CFTC-regulated prediction markets like Kalshi and Polymarket operate as federally regulated exchanges, which the CFTC treats as financial derivatives available nationwide rather than products that require state-by-state licensing like sportsbooks do. In practice, access still varies by state because of ongoing litigation between platforms and individual state gaming regulators, particularly around sports contracts. A handful of states currently restrict or block sports event contracts entirely, while other markets on the same platform may remain available.

This is a fast-moving legal landscape, and state availability listed in this guide reflects the most recent information available as of publication.

Risks and things to watch with NFL prediction market apps

NFL prediction markets offer a different way to trade on football, but they aren't risk-free. Prices, liquidity, fees, and even market availability can change, so understand the potential downsides before putting money into an NFL contract.

  • 📈 Price swings: NFL contract prices can move quickly around injury news, weather, or lineup changes, similar to how a stock price reacts to news.
  • 💧 Liquidity and depth: Thinner markets, like a player prop late in the week, can be harder to enter or exit at a fair price than a marquee market like the Super Bowl winner.
  • 📋 Settlement nuance: Always confirm the exact resolution source and rules for a contract before trading it, since settlement criteria can vary by platform.
  • 💰 Fees and spreads: Compare trading fees across platforms before you commit, since they range from 0% on some parlay products to a few percent on straight trades.
  • ⚠️ Margin risk: Some platforms offer leverage or margin features. Before using them, understand exactly how much you can lose.
  • ⚖️ Changing legal access: State availability for sports contracts is still being litigated in several states and can change during the season.

Event contract trading involves financial risk, so trade only money you can afford to lose. Trade responsibly.
