Can you parlay prediction markets?

Yes, several leading prediction markets, including several apps like Kalshi, now let you combine multiple event contracts into a single position, mirroring the experience of building parlay bets on traditional sportsbooks.

While some platforms still refer to these multi-leg trades as parlays, they are also often referred to as 'Combos,' 'Combo Trades,' or 'Prediction Market Combos' and function much like a traditional sportsbook parlay. As described above, this feature may be called a prediction market parlay, combo, bundle, or multi-event trade.

Availability can vary depending on:

  • πŸ“± Platform (not every app offers parlays)
  • 🏈 Sport (some events may not be eligible)
  • πŸ“Š Market type (certain contracts can't be combined)
  • πŸ“ Location (features may vary by jurisdiction)

Unlike traditional sportsbooks, prediction market parlays combine event contracts instead of fixed betting odds. The combined price and potential payout are calculated from the underlying market probabilities, allowing traders to build larger positions across sports and other real-world events.

How prediction market combos work

Prediction market combos work much like sportsbook parlays do on the top parlay betting sites, allowing you to combine multiple prediction contracts into a single position. Instead of trading each market individually, you bundle two or more outcomes together to increase your potential payout.

The trade-off is that every selection must be correct for your combo to pay out, making them a higher-risk, higher-reward way to trade prediction markets.

What is a prediction market combo?

A prediction market combo combines multiple individual prediction contracts into one trade. Rather than buying each contract separately, you use a platform's combo builder to create a single position that depends on all of your selected outcomes.

For example, instead of trading:

  • Chiefs to beat the Chargers
  • Yankees to beat the Red Sox
  • 76ers to beat the Celtics

As three separate trades, you can combine them into one prediction market combo. If every leg wins, your payout is significantly larger than if you traded each contract individually.

Like traditional parlays, adding more legs increases your potential returnβ€”but it also lowers the probability of winning.

Prediction market combos explained

Building a combo is straightforward on platforms that support the feature.

  1. Choose eligible prediction markets using the platform's combo builder.
  2. Add two or more contracts to your combo ticket.
  3. Review your projected payout before confirming the trade.
  4. Place the combo, then track it as the underlying markets move and resolve.

Unlike traditional sportsbooks, many prediction market platforms use exchange pricing rather than fixed betting odds. That means combo prices are calculated using the underlying market probabilities instead of a bookmaker's odds.

Depending on the platform, you may also be able to sell your combo before all events have settled, allowing you to lock in profits or reduce losses if market prices move in your favor.

How are prediction market parlay prices calculated?

Instead of multiplying bookmaker odds together, a prediction market parlay or combo combines the market prices or implied probabilities of each individual prediction to calculate a single combined price.

As you add more legs, the probability of every prediction being correct decreases, which increases the potential payout. Since prediction markets are exchange-based, combo prices can also change as underlying market prices move. If one leg becomes more or less likely before you confirm your trade, your quoted payout may update automatically.

Example: Calculating a Kalshi prediction market parlay

Suppose you build the following three-leg Kalshi combo:

Selection Market price
πŸ€ 76ers to win 80Β’
⚾ Yankees to win 70’
🏈 Chiefs to win 60’

Each contract price represents the market's estimated probability:

  • Celtics: 80%
  • Yankees: 70%
  • Chiefs: 60%

To estimate the combo probability, Kalshi combines those implied probabilities:

0.80 Γ— 0.70 Γ— 0.60 = 0.336

That means the three-leg combo has roughly a 33.6% implied probability of winning.

The fair price of that combo would therefore be about 34Β’ per contract.

If you purchased 100 contracts at 34Β’, your total cost would be approximately $34. If all three selections won, the combo would settle at $100, giving you a profit of roughly $66 before any applicable fees.

As you add more legs, the combined probability falls, lowering the purchase price but increasing the potential payout.

Note: Actual Kalshi combo pricing may differ slightly from this simplified example because live market prices, bid-ask spreads, fees, and platform pricing models can affect the final quoted price before you place your trade.

Can you exit a prediction market parlay early?

Yes, many prediction market platforms, and apps like Polymarket, allow you to close a combo before all of its legs have settled, although the exact experience varies by platform. If there's enough market liquidity, you can sell your position to another trader and lock in a profit or limit a loss before the final outcome is decided.

Early exits aren't guaranteed, however. They depend on available liquidity and active buyers in the market, so some combos, particularly those involving niche events or lower-volume markets, may be harder to sell before settlement.

Can you make non-sport combos on Kalshi?

The current Kalshi combo builder is limited to eligible sports markets and does not allow users to freely mix categories. Kalshi lists Politics, Economics, Weather, Crypto, Culture, and other categories on the exchange, but does not include these categories as eligible to trade when you open the combo builder.

So today you can generally:

  • βœ… Combine multiple sports markets on Kalshi (same-game or cross-game, depending on what's eligible)
  • βœ… Build combos across supported sports on Kalshi, such as NFL, NBA, MLB, soccer, tennis, UFC, etc. (eligibility varies by event)
  • ❌ You cannot create a combo on Kalshi like: Chiefs to win + Republicans win the Senate + Fed cuts rates in September + Taylor Swift wins a Grammy

Those political, economic, cultural, and weather markets can still be traded individually on Kalshi, which we note in our Kalshi review, but they aren't currently available in the native combo builder. Eligible combo markets are determined by Kalshi and continue to expand over time.

Can you make non-sport combos on Polymarket?

No, not yet.

Although Polymarket offers prediction markets on politics, culture, economics, crypto, weather, and many other categories, as we've noted in our Polymarket review, its new combo feature is currently limited to sports markets.

Reviewing the best Prediction market apps for combos

Not every prediction market platform offers the same combo experience. Some support 32-leg combos, while others focus on player props, same-game parlay capability, or beginner-friendly builders. To identify the best combo prediction market apps, we tested each platform using the factors that matter most to multi-leg traders, including combo builder efficiency, maximum combo size, market variety, and liquidity.

Whether you're looking for the biggest payouts, the best sports markets, or the easiest combo builder, we've reviewed the top prediction market platforms below.

  1. Kalshi β€” Best prediction market for same-game parlays
  2. Polymarket β€” Best prediction market for high-payout multi-leg combos
  3. ProphetX β€” Best prediction market for sportsbook-style parlays
  4. OG.com β€” Best prediction market for beginner-friendly parlays
  5. DraftKings Predictions β€” Best for prediction market for sportsbook-style parlays

1. Kalshi - Best prediction market for same-game combos

The standout feature during our Kalshi review was its same-game combo builder. Kalshi lets you combine player props and game lines from the same matchup, with a selection of player props that rivals the top online sportsbooks. This made creating a prediction market combo as close as possible to a traditional sportsbook same-game parlay while retaining exchange-based pricing.

The scope of player prop offerings, and a native combo builder that allows for same-game combo trades, is easily Kalshi's biggest differentiator today. During testing, it was easy to browse both game markets and player props from the same matchup and add them directly to a combo ticket.

Kalshi also leads the way in offerings. For MLB alone, we found home runs, strikeouts, hits, total bases, RBIs, hits + runs + RBIs, and stolen bases as eligible player props to include on combo slips, a vastly superior list to what other top prediction market platforms were offering for the same slate of games. These could all be combined with traditional moneylines, run lines, and totals on supported games.

From a user standpoint, the Kalshi combo builder also felt responsive, updated prices in real time, and made it easy to understand how each additional leg affected the projected payout. Overall, Kalshi came out ahead in almost every area, making it our best overall option for creating same-game combo trades and the best overall prediction market app for combo trading, period.

Why we recommend Kalshi for same-game parlays

  • 🏈 One of the deepest same-game parlay experiences in prediction markets.
  • 🎯 Mix player props with game lines on eligible events.
  • ⚑ Responsive combo builder with live pricing updates.
  • πŸ“ˆ Exchange pricing creates opportunities to find value before markets move.
  • πŸ’΅ Easy USD deposits β€” ACH, debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and wire.
  • πŸ›οΈ CFTC-regulated exchange with transparent pricing.

What could be improved

  • The combo builder isn't immediately apparent to first-time users and takes a few clicks to find.
  • Combos are currently limited to eligible sports markets (you can't combine sports with politics, economics, or culture contracts).
  • Exchange pricing can occasionally lead to slippage before execution, particularly on lower-liquidity markets.

Kalshi also offers one of the best prediction market promos in the industry. New users who sign up with the Kalshi promo code SIBONUS can unlock up to $500 in bonus rewards after completing qualifying trades, giving new combo traders plenty of extra capital heading into the NFL season.

2. Polymarket - Best prediction market for high-payout multi-leg combos

While many of the top prediction market apps limit the size of your combo ticket, Polymarket now lets traders combine up to 32 eligible selections into a single position, making it our top choice for users chasing the largest potential payouts for their combo trades.

The flexibility Polymarlet provides is also backed by some of the deepest liquidity in prediction markets. During testing, we found it easy to build large combo tickets across multiple sporting events, including MLB games, tennis matches, WNBA props, and soccer, all while the combo builder updated pricing in real time as new selections were added. Player props from multiple sports were available, although the selection was not as deep as we found on Kalshi. However, the interface displayed the available markets clearly, making it easy to browse in and out of games and coordinate the trade.

Polymarket also demonstrated its commitment to combo trading by previously running the Combo Cup, a $50,000 daily competition that rewarded the highest-return combo entries. While the promotion has since concluded, it showcased the platform's focus on developing multi-leg trading as a core feature.

Why we recommend Polymarket for multi-leg combos

  • πŸ”’ Build combos with up to 32 legs, one of the highest limits offered by any prediction market platform.
  • 🏈 Wide selection of sports markets, including eligible moneylines, spreads, totals, and player props across major leagues.
  • πŸ’§ Excellent liquidity on major sporting events helps improve pricing and execution.
  • ⚑ Fast, intuitive combo builder with live pricing and projected payout updates.
  • πŸ“ˆ Exchange-based pricing lets experienced traders capitalize on favorable market movements.
  • πŸ“± A clean mobile experience makes building and managing larger combo tickets surprisingly easy.

What could be improved?

  • Player prop support still trails Kalshi. While Polymarket has expanded its combo builder, it doesn't yet offer the same depth of same-game player props that Kalshi provides across major sports.
  • Combos remain limited to eligible sports markets, so you can't combine sports with politics, economics, culture, or other prediction market categories.
  • Exchange pricing can lead to slippage on larger combo orders or in lower-liquidity markets, meaning your execution price may differ from the initial quote.

Polymarket also offers one of the simplest welcome promotions for new users. Enter the Polymarket promo code SIBONUS, deposit $10 or more, and receive a $20 trading bonus after completing the qualifying requirements. Combined with its industry-leading 32-leg combo builder and deep sports liquidity, Polymarket remains our favorite platform for traders looking to maximize the upside of multi-leg prediction market combos.

3. ProphetX - Best prediction market for futures parlays

If you're looking for a prediction market that feels like a sportsbook and allows you to build parlays around the biggest sports futures markets, ProphetX has one of the best parlay builders we've tested. The platform uses American odds throughout the combo-building process (e.g., +100 instead of 50%), making it easy to build futures parlays, or parlays that include player props and game lines, all without translating percentages or implied probabilities. The clean interface and familiar bet slip create a smooth transition from traditional sportsbooks to prediction markets.

ProphetX also stood out for a high-quality user experience, even compared to Kalshi or Polymarket. I didn't need to find a specific 'Combo' sub-menu or launch a 'Combo Builder' tool to begin building parlays, as the platform immediately parlayed my picks together as I added them. Additionally, ProphetX allowed me to create parlay trades with big payouts, combining futures such as 'Rams to win the Super Bowl' + '76ers to win the NBA Championship.' These are markets most sportsbooks allow you to parlay, but not necessarily every prediction market platform.

Liquidity and market offerings are still not up to par with the biggest prediction market apps, but ProphetX certainly excelled from a product standpoint. On top of an intuitive combo-building experience, it also offers 0% fees on profitable parlays, making it an undeniable leader for prediction market users looking to create more multi-leg trades.

Why we recommend ProphetX for futures parlays

  • πŸ† Deep futures markets, including the Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, NBA Finals, World Series, Champions League, and more.
  • πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Traditional American odds available throughout the parlay builder.
  • 🎯 Combine futures, player props, moneylines, spreads, and totals in one parlay.
  • ⚑ Responsive parlay builder with live odds and payout updates.
  • πŸ’° 0% fees on winning parlays, maximizing your returns.
  • πŸ“± Sportsbook-style interface that's intuitive for DraftKings and FanDuel users

What could be improved

  • Futures markets generally offer less liquidity than major game-day markets, which can lead to wider pricing on niche events.
  • ProphetX currently focuses almost exclusively on sports, so users looking for politics, economics, or culture markets will need another platform.
  • The overall market selection is still smaller than Kalshi or Polymarket, particularly outside the biggest North American sports.

New users can also claim the ProphetX promo code SICOM to receive a $20 welcome bonus after completing a qualifying $10 trade. Combined with American-style odds, flexible futures parlays, and zero fees on winning combo tickets, ProphetX is our favorite prediction market platform for sports fans who enjoy building long-term futures parlays.

4. OG - Best combo builder for beginner traders

Much like ProphetX, OG stood out for its simple, sportsbook-inspired parlay builder. While OG currently limits users to eight-leg parlays, recent updates have expanded the feature to include player props alongside traditional game lines, giving traders more flexibility than the platform originally offered to create exciting same-game combo trades that include player props and game lines (totals, spreads, etc).

Even with a smaller selection of markets than some competitors, building a combo on OG was one of the smoothest experiences I tested. There was no separate combo builder to launch, as selections were automatically added to my trading slip as I browsed markets, making the process quick and intuitive.

OG also delivered the best trade slip experience of any prediction market platform we reviewed. As each leg was added, the parlay odds updated instantly and clearly displayed both the projected payout and potential profit from a $100 winning trade. The interface closely mirrors a traditional sportsbook in my experience, making it especially approachable for users transitioning from FanDuel or DraftKings.

That said, the OG combo experience still has some limitations. The eight-leg maximum is well below Polymarket's 32-leg limit, and the platform offers less liquidity and a smaller selection of eligible sports markets than either Kalshi or Polymarket.

Why we recommend OG.com for moneyline parlays

  • 🏈 Simple parlay builder focused on moneylines, spreads, and totals.
  • ⚑ Clean, beginner-friendly interface that's easy to learn.
  • πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Traditional American odds create a familiar sportsbook experience.
  • πŸ“± Fast, responsive bet slip with live pricing and payout updates.
  • πŸ’΅ Easy funding options with support for traditional payment methods.
  • 🎯 Ideal for casual bettors who want to build parlays without navigating hundreds of niche markets.

What could be improved

  • Parlays are currently limited to eight legs, well below competitors like Polymarket.
  • Sports market coverage is more limited, particularly for niche leagues and futures.
  • OG offers thinner liquidity on many markets compared to Kalshi or Polymarket, reducing flexibility for larger parlays.

We recommend the OG promo code for new users looking for a simple introduction to prediction market parlays. Just use any of the verified links on this page and the code will apply automatically at sign-up. Once you claim it, the OG welcome offer will award you with a $10 trading bonus to explore OG's intuitive Parlay Builder, after you complete $10 worth of trades.

5. DraftKings Predictions - Best for prediction market for sportsbook-style parlays

If you're used to building parlays on a traditional sportsbook, building combos on DraftKings Predictions gives you a familiar parlay-building experience. The familiar DraftKings layout is present across DraftKings Predictions, including its combo builder, which automatically adds legs and calculates payouts to your multi-leg trade as you go. Combined with the usual clean black-and-green interface, building a combo on DraftKings Predictions feels similar to what you would experience on any of the top sports betting apps, making it easy to build prediction market combo trades without learning an entirely new trading system.

Unlike platforms that present contracts primarily as probabilities, DraftKings also gives its users an option to display sports markets in a way that's immediately recognizable to sportsbook users. During testing, I found it simple to switch between probabilities and odds, making it easy to see how each additional leg changed my potential return before confirming a trade.

While DraftKings doesn't yet offer the market depth of Kalshi or the massive 32-leg combos available on Polymarket, it delivers one of the smoothest overall user experiences. For sports bettors looking to transition into prediction markets, it's the closest thing to building a traditional sportsbook parlay.

Why we recommend DraftKings Predictions for sportsbook-style parlays

  • 🏈 Familiar sportsbook-style interface with an intuitive parlay slip.
  • 🎯 Combine up to six legs using eligible player props, game lines, futures, and live markets into one trade.
  • ⚑ Real-time payout updates as you add or remove selections.
  • πŸ“± Easy-to-use mobile experience with one of the cleanest interfaces in the prediction market industry.
  • πŸ“ˆ Transparent contract pricing with the ability to exit positions early when liquidity is available.
  • πŸ’° Strong welcome offer, allowing new users to earn up to $150 in Predictions Dollars after a qualifying $5 trade.

What could be improved

  • Maximum of six-leg parlays, which is well below Polymarket's 32-leg limit, ProphetX's 12-leg parlays, and even OG.com's eight-leg builder.
  • Not every eligible market can be combined, so some player props, futures, and game lines won't appear together in the Parlay Builder.
  • Sports market availability varies by state, and overall market depth still trails that of Kalshi and Polymarket for niche sporting events.

DraftKings Predictions also offers one of the strongest welcome promotions in the prediction market industry. New users can earn up to $150 in Predictions Dollars after making a qualifying $5 trade, with the DraftKings Predictions promo code making it one of the most valuable introductory offers for sports fans looking to try prediction market parlays.

How we rank prediction market parlay sites

Choosing between the best prediction market parlay sites, including Kalshi or Polymarket, requires more than comparing maximum leg counts or welcome bonuses. Our team reviews each platform’s combo tools, pricing, liquidity, market access, and settlement process to identify the safest and most practical options for real-money multi-event trading.

Because prediction market parlays operate differently from traditional sportsbook parlays, we use a rating system specifically designed for event contracts, exchange pricing, and platform availability.

How to build a prediction market combo

Prediction market combos function similarly to sportsbook parlays. However, putting together a combo will differ from platform to platform, with the top prediction market apps having native combo builders.

I'll review how you build combos on our top two prediction market sites (Kalshi and Polymarket) so you'll have an easier transition once you've signed up via the links on this page and claimed your welcome offer.

How to build a combo on Kalshi

1. Open the combo builder: After logging into Kalshi, head to the Sports section and tap the combo builder. You can also access it from any eligible sporting event that supports combos.

2. Add your first pick: Search for or browse the available combo markets on Kalshi and add your favorite option. Your first leg will automatically be added to your combo slip.

3. Add more selections: Repeat the process by adding your next selections. Kalshi combos must include at least 2 sports trades, but combo tickets can also be much larger. As each pick is added, Kalshi updates your combo ticket and displays your combined quote when available.

4. Review your combo: Double-check that all your selections are included, review the quoted payout, enter your stake, and make any final adjustments before placing the trade.

5. Confirm your trade: Click 'Buy Combo' (or the equivalent confirmation button) to submit your order. If a live quote is available and accepted, your three-leg combo will appear in your portfolio as a single position

How to build a combo on Polymarket

1. Open the combo builder: After logging into Polymarket, tap the 'Combos' button to launch the combo builder and begin creating your multi-leg position.

2. Add your first pick: Browse the available moneylines, spreads, player props, or total trades available under Polymarket 'Combos'. Then, select your first prediction. It will automatically appear in your combo slip.

3. Add additional selections: Continue adding eligible picks from other sporting events. Polymarket supports up to 32 legs in a single combo, including trades from the same game. Your projected payout updates automatically as each leg is added.

4. Review your combo: Double-check each selection, review your projected payout and total cost, then enter the amount you'd like to trade. Make any final edits before submitting your order.

5. Confirm your trade: Tap 'Buy Combo' to place your order. Once your combo is accepted, it will appear in your portfolio as a single position that you can monitor. If liquidity is available, you'll also be able to sell before all legs have settled.

Can you make same-game parlays on Kalshi?

Yes, Kalshi supports the prediction-market equivalent of a same game parlay (SGP) through its combo feature.

For example, in a single NBA game you could build a combo like:

  • πŸ€ Lakers to win
  • πŸ€ Luka DončiΔ‡ Over 27.5 points
  • πŸ€ Game total Over 228.5

Or in the NFL:

  • 🏈 Chiefs to win
  • 🏈 Patrick Mahomes Over 275.5 passing yards
  • 🏈 Travis Kelce Over 6.5 receptions

These are all same-game combos, meaning every leg comes from the same matchup. If all legs settle correctly, the combo pays out.

Can you make same-game parlays on Polymarket?

Yes, Polymarket supports the prediction market equivalent of SGPs through its combos feature, provided the markets are eligible.

Prediction market same-game parlay summary:

Platform Same-game combos
Kalshi βœ… Yes (eligible NBA, NFL and supported markets)
Polymarket βœ… Yes (eligible sports markets)
ProphetX βœ… Yes
OG.com βœ… Yes (eligible sports markets)

Prediction market parlays vs. sportsbook parlays

At first glance, prediction market parlays will look almost identical to traditional sportsbook parlays, especially to any new users moving from an online sportsbook to a prediction market platform.

There are certainly many similarities between prediction markets and sportsbooks when it comes to parlays, as, in both cases, you are combining multiple selections into a single position, and every leg must be correct for the trade to pay out.

However, there are larger differences in how those positions are priced and managed. The most glaring is that market parlays combine event contracts whose values are determined by market probabilities, while sportsbook parlays combine betting odds set by the bookmaker.

Prediction market parlay Sportsbook parlay
Combines multiple event contracts into one position Combines multiple sportsbook bets into one wager
Pricing is market-driven and changes with supply and demand Odds are generally set by the sportsbook
Positions may be sold before settlement if market liquidity is available Cash-out availability depends on the sportsbook's rules and pricing
Often called a Combo, Bundle, or Multi-Event Trade depending on the platform Almost universally called a Parlay
Eligible combinations depend on available contracts and platform rules Eligible combinations depend on the sportsbook's betting markets and parlay restrictions

Where sportsbook parlays win out

Sportsbook parlays are generally more straightforward. When you add selections to your bet slip, the quoted odds are locked in once you place the wager, giving you certainty about your potential payout. This can be a major advantage over prediction market combo builders, where prices are determined by market liquidity rather than a bookmaker. If there aren't enough buyers and sellersβ€”or you're placing a larger combo orderβ€”you may experience slippage, meaning your trade executes at a less favorable price than the initial quote or costs more than expected.

Sportsbooks also tend to offer a wider selection of same-game parlays, player props, and promotional odds boosts for major events.

Sportsbook parlay advantages include:

  • 🎯 Locked-in pricing: Your quoted odds won't change after your bet is accepted, unlike exchange-style combo markets where execution price depends on available liquidity.
  • πŸš€ Frequent parlay boosts and enhanced odds: You'll find far more parlay promotions on sportsbooks than prediction markets.
  • 🏈 Massive selection of player props: The gap is closing but sportsbooks still offer better coverage
  • πŸ“± Familiar betting experience for traditional sportsbook users: Most users will be familiar with an American-style odds experience.

Where prediction market combos excel

Prediction market combos offer a more dynamic trading experience. Rather than relying on bookmaker odds, combo prices are determined by market participants, meaning the cost of entering a combo fluctuates as supply and demand change. While price slippage can occur, particularly in lower-liquidity markets or with larger orders, the opposite can also be true. Savvy traders may find better-than-expected pricing by identifying inefficient markets or buying before probabilities move in their favor. Unlike traditional sportsbooks, where the bookmaker sets the odds, prediction market combos give traders the opportunity to capitalize on changing market sentiment and price discovery.

If liquidity is available, traders may also have the option to sell their combo before all events settle, something that isn't guaranteed with traditional sportsbook cash-out features.

Prediction market combo strengths include:

  • πŸ“ˆ Market-driven pricing: Reflects real-time probabilities instead of fixed sportsbook odds that include house vig.
  • πŸ’΅ Favorable pricing advantages: With a peer-to-peer marketplace there is always the potential to buy into favorable prices before markets move.
  • πŸ”„ Selling before the outcome is resolved: Early exits often available through exchange liquidity rather than sportsbook discretion.
  • 🀝 Transparent pricing based on participant activity: Replaces baked in bookmaker margins and vig that are often very high and difficult to calculate.

Which prediction markets do not offer parlays?

Not every prediction market platform supports native parlays or Combo Builders. The table below highlights some of the biggest platforms where parlays are unavailable or limited, helping you avoid signing up for a service that doesn't support the combo features you're looking for.

Are prediction market parlays legal?

Prediction market parlays (or combos) are not universally available. Whether you can build and trade combos depends on the platform you use, where you live, the type of market you're trading, and the platform's current product offerings.

Before signing up, consider these factors:

  • Platform eligibility: Not every prediction market app offers native parlays or Combo Builders.
  • Your location: Platform availability and eligible markets can vary by state or jurisdiction.
  • Market type: Some platforms only allow combos on eligible sports markets, while others may restrict specific market types or contract categories.
  • Current regulations: Prediction market regulation continues to evolve, and platform availability may change as legal and regulatory developments occur.
  • Product restrictions: Even on platforms that support combos, features such as maximum legs, same-game combos, player props, and early exits differ by operator.

Always verify that your preferred platform is available where you live and that the specific combo features you want are currently supported before opening an account.

Where are Prediction markets legal?

Unlike sports betting, which is regulated by state, Prediction markets are federally-regulated and widely available across the United States. This means that users focused on California sports betting, Texas sports betting, and Georgia sports betting, where sports betting is illegal, can access prediction market parlays.

Any users interested in Florida sports betting, which only has one legal option for residents, also has the option of using prediction markets and making prediction market combos.

Prediction market parlay strategies

Prediction market combos and parlay building reward careful trade construction rather than simply adding as many legs as possible to get the biggest possible payout. Combo prices are determined by market participants and not a sportsbook, as they are at the best betting sites. So it's important to think about pricing, liquidity, and execution before placing a trade.

Below are some of the best practices we recommend after testing the leading combo prediction market platforms.

🀏 Start with 2-4 leg combos

If you're new to prediction market combos, resist the temptation to build 10-, 20-, or even 32-leg tickets just because they're available.

Every additional leg reduces the probability that your combo will settle successfully. While larger combos offer bigger potential payouts, shorter tickets are generally easier to manage and allow you to learn how exchange pricing works.

Example:

Instead of combining:

  • 12 MLB moneylines

Start with:

  • Yankees moneyline
  • Phillies moneyline
  • Dodgers moneyline

Smaller combos that focus on larger markets also tend to experience less slippage than larger, more complex orders with niche markets.

πŸ†š Compare prices across platforms

Unlike sportsbooks, prediction market platforms feature peer-to-peer marketplaces and won't always price the same outcome identically.

Before placing a combo, compare prices across platforms like Kalshi, Polymarket, ProphetX, and OG. Even small differences on individual legs can meaningfully change your total payout.

Example:

  • Polymarket prices Team A at 68Β’
  • Kalshi prices the same contract at 66Β’

Regardless of the market you're targeting, when building a multi-leg combo, you'll always want to find the platform that offers you the best deal on your trade, as those pricing differences can compound across every selection.

πŸ“‰ Watch for slippage before you confirm

One of the biggest differences between sportsbook parlays and prediction market combos is execution price.

Sportsbooks lock your odds once your wager is accepted. Prediction markets don't always work that way.

If liquidity is limited at your target price or odds, your combo may execute at a slightly different (worse) price than the initial quote, a phenomenon known as slippage. For example, if you wanted to trade an outcome at 66Β’, but there wasn't enough liquidity at that price to fill your entire order, part of your trade could get filled at 67Β’ or worse.

To reduce slippage:

  • Build combos around high-profile sporting events with stronger liquidity.
  • Avoid placing very large combo orders in niche markets.
  • Double-check the final quoted price before submitting your order.
  • If the quoted price changes significantly, consider rebuilding or waiting until liquidity improves.

πŸ“ Understand each platform's settlement rules

Every leg in your combo must settle according to the platform's market rules.

Before trading, verify:

  • How postponed or canceled games are handled.
  • Whether voided legs reduce your combo or void the entire ticket.
  • How overtime or extra innings are graded.
  • Which official data source determines the result.

Settlement rules can vary between platforms and market types. For example, with voided legs, some prediction market apps recalculate the combo using the remaining legs, while others settle affected markets under platform-specific resolution rules.

βœ… Build only eligible combinations

Not every platform permits every combination of markets (although none of our top prediction market platforms publish extensive rules on eligibility or correlation).

Example:

  • Team moneyline + game total
  • Quarterback passing yards + receiver receiving yards
  • Team moneyline + player home run

Some combinations may be unavailable because the outcomes are highly correlated, while others may simply not be eligible for the platform's combo builder. Some platforms may simply allow all forms of correlation.

Always confirm your selections are eligible before building larger tickets.

βš–οΈ Keep combo trade sizes consistent

Large payouts can make it tempting to increase your stake dramatically on long-shot combos.

Instead, decide how much you're comfortable risking before you begin building your combo and keep your trade sizes consistent.

Many experienced prediction market traders risk the same dollar amount on each combo rather than increasing stakes simply because the projected payout looks attractive.

⚠️ Don't chase the biggest payout

One of the biggest advantages of prediction markets is the ability to build very large combo tickets, with some platforms supporting up to 32 legs.

While these payouts can look impressive, remember that every additional selection reduces the likelihood of your combo winning.

Instead of asking:

"How big can I make this payout?"

Ask:

"Does every leg still offer value?"

The best prediction market combo traders focus on finding favorable prices and liquid markets, not simply building the longest ticket possible.

Prediction market combo trading quick tips

  • βœ… Start with 2-4 leg combos before attempting larger tickets.
  • πŸ“Š Compare prices across multiple prediction market platforms.
  • πŸ’§ Trade liquid markets to reduce slippage.
  • πŸ“– Read each market's settlement rules before entering a combo.
  • πŸ”— Check that your desired combinations are eligible.
  • πŸ’° Set a fixed risk limit for every combo.
  • 🎯 Prioritize value over headline payouts.

Prediction market parlay FAQs

Can you parlay prediction markets?

Yes, the top prediction market platforms all offer native combo or parlay builders that let you combine multiple event contracts into a single trade. Like a traditional sportsbook parlay, every selection must settle as a winner for the combo to pay out. The biggest difference is that prediction market combos are typically priced through an exchange rather than a bookmaker.

Which prediction markets offer parlays?

The leading prediction market platforms with native parlay functionality are Kalshi, Polymarket, ProphetX, OG.com, and DraftKings Predictions. Each platform takes a slightly different approach. Kalshi specializes in same-game parlays, Polymarket supports up to 32-leg combos, ProphetX focuses on sportsbook-style parlays with American odds, while OG.com offers one of the easiest combo builders for beginners.

What is a prediction market combo?

A prediction market combo is the equivalent of a sportsbook parlay. It combines two or more prediction contracts into a single position, increasing the potential payout compared to trading each contract individually. Because every leg must win, adding more selections increases both the potential return and the overall risk.

Can you make same-game parlays on prediction markets?

Yes. The major prediction market platforms, including Kalshi and Polymarket, now support same-game parlays on eligible sporting events. Depending on the platform, you can combine moneylines, spreads, totals, and player props from the same game into a single combo ticket. Market availability varies by sport and operator.

How many legs can a prediction market combo have?

The maximum number of prediction market parlay legs depends on the platform. Polymarket currently supports the largest combo tickets with up to 32 legs, followed by ProphetX with 12 legs, OG.com with eight legs, and DraftKings Predictions with six legs. Kalshi also supports large combo tickets, but the maximum varies based on the eligible markets included in the combo.

Can you exit a prediction-market parlay early?

Yes, unlike traditional sportsbooks, many prediction market platforms allow you to sell your combo before all events have settled, provided there's enough market liquidity. Your exit price depends on the current market value of the position rather than a sportsbook's bookie-created, discretionary cash-out offer.

Are prediction market parlays legal?

Prediction market parlays are legal only where the underlying platform and product are available. Eligibility depends on your location, the platform you're using, and the specific event contracts being traded. Most current prediction market platforms are available across the U.S. and legal in a vast majority of states. However, before signing up and claiming your welcome bonus, always verify that the platform operates in your state and that combo trading is available to you.

Which prediction market parlay site has the best bonus?

Kalshi currently offers the strongest welcome promotion, with the SIBONUS promo code unlocking up to $500 in bonus rewards after completing qualifying trades. If you're looking for a lower-cost entry point, Polymarket offers a $20 trading bonus with a $10 deposit, while ProphetX provides a $20 trading bonus after settling a qualifying $10 trade. OG.com rounds out the group with a $10 trading bonus after a qualifying trade.
