Report: Browns Make Switch on Quarterback Depth Chart Ahead of Bengals Matchup

CINCINNATI — The Browns are rolling with Bailey Zappe as the team's backup quarterback on Sunday behind Dorian Thompson-Robinson. Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot reported the news.

Jameis Winston is injured with a sore shoulder, meaning he won't be able to come in to try and save the day like the Browns attempted to in the first game this season.

Zappe has not played a snap with the team in the 2024 regular season.
