Cincinnati Bengals Hire Scott Peters to be New Offensive Line Coach

CINCINNATI — The Bengals hired Scott Peters to be their new offensive line coach. They also hired Michael McCarthy to be their assistant offensive line coach.
“Scott is a great fit for our offense,” said head coach Zac Taylor. “He is passionate about the position, and has done a great job of both developing young players and helping veteran players continue to grow. He is familiar with the AFC North and knows what it takes to win in our division. I am excited to have him on our staff.”
Peters was the Browns Assistant Offensive Line Coach under Bill Callahan in Cleveland from 2020-23. He was the Patriots offensive line coach in 2024.
McCarthy was Peters' assistant in New England. He has experience at the college level with Rutgers and Brown University. He also coached for the Browns and Lions.
