Sharp Football Analysis Ranks Cincinnati Bengals' 2025 Offensive Line Among League's Worst

CINCINNATI — The Bengals are widely expected to field a better offensive line this season, but the Sharp Football Analysis team has that unit among the league's worst.

The staff ranked Cincinnati 31st just ahead of Houston.

"Cincinnati’s patchwork offensive line ranked no higher than 28th on any ballot," the article noted. "Guards Cordell Volson and Alex Cappa ranked 97th and 98th out of 103 interior linemen in pressure rate allowed last year. Free agent addition Lucas Patrick and rookie Dylan Fairchild will try to take over and upgrade those spots."

It will be tough sledding on the ground and require more pocket acrobatics from Joe Burrow this season to overcome a unit that bad.

Fairchild and Patrick or whoever else wins the guard jobs could potentially outperform these expectations, entering situations that can't get much worse after last season.
