Bengals Wide Receivers Respond To 'Nothing' Comments From Chiefs Wille Gay

CINCINNATI — Chiefs linebacker Willie Gay had a blunt answer about what impressed him most regarding the Bengals offense today, and Cincinnati's wide receivers weren't looking to respond.

"Willie, the linebacker?" Ja'Marr Chase said when asked about the comment. "I ain't got no response to that—we gonna get him. I ain't got no response."

Tee Higgins brushed it off as well.

"I mean, I don't really care about that," The Bengals playmaker said. "That's their opinion right? But I feel like I know what we got in this locker room and what we got on the offensive side of the ball. So, it is what it is."

Gay doubled down on his comments right away, as the two sides prepare for a game with a division-like atmosphere brewing.

"They gonna say what they gonna say, we are gonna go out there and play. That's what we have to do," Trenton Irwin said about Gay.
