Cincinnati Bengals Make Roster Move Before Start of Training Camp

The Bengals start practice on Wednesday.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals waived defensive tackle Dante Barnett on Tuesday.

Barnett, a rookie from Birmingham, England, signed with the Bengals in May. He was part of the International Player Pathway Program and didn't count toward the 90-man roster.

Bengals veterans reported for training camp on Tuesday. Cincinnati added multiple players to the roster earlier this week, including former Bearcats star Desmond Ridder and former first round pick Taven Bryan.
