Report: Bengals, Hamilton County Agree to New Paycor Stadium Lease Through Mid-2030s

In this story:
CINCINNATI — The Bengals are calling Paycor Stadium home for quite a bit longer amidst the expiring lease deal with Hamilton County approaching on June 30. The Enquirer's Jason Williams reported on Thursday the two sides agreed on a deal to keep the team at Paycor Stadium until "at least the mid 2030s."
The deal is expected to get a unanimous "Yes" vote from county commissioners on Thursday. The details of the full deal will come out later, but Cincinnati will have professional football for many years to come via a mix of taxpayer, Bengals, and possibly state funding.
UPDATE: The Enquirer's Erin Glynn and Quninlan Bentley released three key factors in the new deal as detailed below:
- A fresh lease agreement for 10 years with options for five two-year extensions.
- $470 million worth of stadium improvements, that figure's been scaled back from the planned $830 million from the signed April memorandum.
- The county is contributing $350 million, the team is responsible for the other $120 million.
