Wilty spent 2023 with the Buffaloes after two years at Iowa Central Community College.

An Iowa native, Wilty was listed on the Colorado roster at 6'5" and 290 pounds. He played in 11 games for Deion Sanders' team last season.

Wilty originally signed with Northern Illinois as a three-star recruit coming out of high school in 2020. He did not see the field in a game before choosing to transfer to Iowa Central.

South Florida enter the 2024 season in their second year under head coach Alex Golesh. They improved from a 1-11 record in 2022 to a record of 7-6 with a bow win in 2023.

Wilty will have two seasons of eligibility remaining. The spring transfer portal window opens on April 16.
