CINCINNATI — The Reds fired manager David Bell on Sunday night. After six seasons, Cincinnati is looking for a new manager.

Marlins manager Skip Schumacher is reportedly "on the Reds' radar" according to Bob Nightengale of USA Today.

Schumacher is 141-177 in two seasons as manager of the Marlins. He led Miami to an 84-78 record last season, which included their first playoff berth since 2003. Schumacher is not under contract after the 2024 campaign, which means the Reds could be one of multiple teams interested in his services.
