Report: Adam Zimmer to Join Bengals' Coaching Staff
CINCINNATI — Adam Zimmer is returning to Cincinnati. The former Bengals and Vikings assistant is expected to join Zac Taylor's coaching staff according to Chris Tomasson of TwinCities.com.
Zimmer served as an assistant defensive backs coach for the Bengals in 2013. He left for Minnesota when his dad, Mike, became the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings.
Zimmer spent the past eight years coaching with his dad. It's unclear what his new role with the Bengals will be, but he'll likely be helping out Lou Anarumo on the defensive side of the ball this season.
