The Saints (5-9) and Browns (6-8) meet at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland for Week 16, as the game has been highlighted by extremely frigid weather. New Orleans obviously doesn't play in a ton of cold weather games, but they're simply going to have to find a way if they want to keep their season alive.
