What the hell flew out of Tyronn Lue's mouth?

I know I should lead Monday's Hot Clicks with NFL, but not enough people are talking about Tyronn Lue and the mysterious ring that flew out of his mouth during yesterday's game. I've watched the clip four times now and can't make any sense of it. In other Cavs news, the team stinks, Kevin Loveis ripping jerseys, and Dwyane Wade called out the starters.
